With the proposed amendment to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, it is desired to grant the right to timeshare through the partnership of a cooperative or commercial company or as a member of a foundation or to provide the opportunity to sell timeshares to those who do not have real rights on the property subject to timeshare.
